Thank you for your patience. Due to increased demand, orders may take approximately 5-10 business days to be delivered. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Later orders placed on REDAPAULA.com may not be cancelled or modified. Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Taxes and duties
For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.
Rest of the World
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, that are set once the package reaches the country. In this case order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Charges for each order may differ as those are imposed directly by countries local customs.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. We currently work with DHL for most worldwide orders. We offer both Standard and Express shipping.
Please note that at the moment, we are unable to ship orders with our carriers to these countries: Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Packages within Lithuania are shipped via courier or local post, depending on which service offers the fastest delivery date.
