Returns

The order can be returned within 14 days after you receive the order, in the same original condition, and with the labeling. Due to waste of paper, we do not include a return form. If you decide to return the order, send us an e-mail to info@redapaula.com. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of order are borne by the sender.

Refunds

If the complete order is returned the refund will include standard delivery costs from Reda Paula to you only in Lithuania. If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to Reda Paula, any original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

We shall reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the same and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (therefore excluding potential customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by the payment metchod used for the original purchase.
